Crucially, the course addresses the impact of working with trauma on the practitioner, including concepts like vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout. Participants will learn to identify early warning signs and develop personalised self-care and resilience-building strategiesto sustain their well-being and professional longevity in a challenging field.
