Help Escape Anxiety With a 5-Minute Grounding Practice

£5.00

Description

This micro learning module will teach you a quick effective Grounding practice.  Grounding practices are important for several reasons, both physically and mentally. Here's a breakdown of the benefits:

  • Reduced Stress and Improved Mood: Grounding techniques are thought to help reduce the body's stress response and promote relaxation. This can lead to improved mood, reduced anxiety, and better sleep.
  • Potential Pain Relief: Some studies suggest grounding may help manage chronic pain by reducing inflammation in the body.
  • Faster Muscle Recovery: Grounding may aid in faster muscle recovery after exercise by reducing muscle soreness and inflammation.
  • Improved Blood Flow: Grounding practices are believed to improve circulation, potentially leading to better overall health.

Overall, grounding practices offer a range of potential benefits for both physical and mental well-being. While more research is needed to fully understand the mechanisms at work, grounding techniques are a safe and natural way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve your overall health.

It's important to note that grounding practices are not a replacement for medical treatment. If you are experiencing chronic pain, anxiety, or other health concerns, consult with a healthcare professional.

Need more time?

We recognise that sometimes groups need more time for discussions and group work. This can mean that a two-hour session is just not long enough to explore the curriculum and engage in question and answer sessions. So we are you offering the opportunity to extend the session by an hour to allow your trainees the chance to explore the curriculum fully!
