How to Find a Good Therapist

£5.00

Description

Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time, switching therapists, or looking for a new therapist after a recent move—finding a good therapist can feel daunting. You need someone who jibes with your personality and is easy to talk to. There are also practical questions to consider: Are they in network? Do they fit your budget? Do their specialties align with your goals?

In this lesson, you’ll discover what it means to choose a “good” therapist. First, you’ll learn some questions and considerations to guide your research. Then you’ll explore practical tips for reaching out, gathering information, and testing options to find the right fit.

Advanced Training

This option is aimed at an audience with prior knowledge of the subject and isn’t suitable for.  Those that are new to the subject would be better with our standard course.

Need more time?

We recognise that sometimes groups need more time for discussions and group work. This can mean that a two-hour session is just not long enough to explore the curriculum and engage in question and answer sessions. So we are you offering the opportunity to extend the session by an hour to allow your trainees the chance to explore the curriculum fully!

They are nothing like e-learning! The training is live and interactive. Participants can ask and answer questions just as they would in face-to-face training.
