The 3 e-learning courses around language (Using Inclusive Language Around Orientation, Using Gender-Inclusive Language, Using Disability-Inclusive Language) were so useful for everyday life, to help to understand, empathise and appreciate how important our choice of language is for inclusion.
Dan is an excellent trainer
Dan is a very informed trainer. He delivers with efficiency and his anecdotal input holds the attention whilst instilling the information in a way that it will not be forgotten. Dan is an excellent trainer.
Feedback on PACE course
The trainer answered all our questions clearly and precisely. He gave us some good strategies in order to deal with certain situations. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field. Cant think how it could be improved. The trainer was really skilled at remembering who had made a contribution and affirming their insights.
