Dan is an excellent trainer

The trainer answered all our questions clearly and precisely. He gave us some good strategies in order to deal with certain situations. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field. Cant think how it could be improved. The trainer was really skilled at remembering who had made a contribution and affirming their insights.

Feedback on PACE course

Scott continues to deliver really engaging and informative learning. he allows good open discussion and group learning, whilst never letting participants feel uncomfortable if there are any prolonged silence. He makes sure that the participants learn new concepts and implement them into their practice. Scott helps highlight new approaches to practice and his training is always really helpful.

Swap FC

The feedback on the session Scott did on trauma-informed practice was excellent, best we have had. At least two carers were able to see where their own children were in the scheme of things and could put strategies in to practice straight away, so thank you.

Maureen – Ownlife – TIP feedback

Many thanks. The course was amazing – learned much much more in those two hours than in other trauma-related courses lasting a day or more.

Vanessa Miles from Aquarious – Trauma-Informed Practice course

The course was well presented it was very diverse, and it was presented with passion and all attendees were given the opportunity to engage & ask questions.

Polaris “Caring for children that have been sexually abused”

I think all managers should do this and something around coaching as the skills are so transferable and relatable. Lots was useful, particularly techniques of delivery, how to plan/structure a course and the importance of creating safety and how to do this for participants It was all great, fun and took me out of my comfort zone at times which was great.
